Michaela Levin

Michaela Levin is Chief Business Officer at Acrivon Therapeutics. Michaela has a solid, broad background in biotechnology business development, corporate strategy and transactional execution spanning mergers and acquisitions, global and regional partnerships, technology licensing and strategic portfolio development. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Business Development at Recursion, formerly Exscientia, where she helped reposition the company’s portfolio, acquired full rights to REV102 from Rallybio, and negotiated partnering term sheets. Previously, Michaela held senior business development roles at Editas Medicine, Ovid Therapeutics, and Constellation Pharmaceuticals, where she drove the due diligence leading to the company’s $1.7 billion acquisition by MorphoSys. Earlier in her career, she worked in technology transfer and licensing at Mass General Brigham and Harvard’s Office of Technology Development. Michaela received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Virginia and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neurobiology at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School; she also holds an M.A. in Jazz Performance and Composition from New York University.
