Katharine Peterson

Katharine (Katie) Peterson is VP, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. After beginning her career in the life sciences assurance practice at EY, she has helped multiple small biotech companies with public company readiness and IPO-directed efforts.  She brings over a decade of experience in the biotechnology industry, working on financial management, operations, technical accounting, reporting, and planning.  Prior to joining Acrivon, she was Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Wave Life Sciences, and held various roles within both Spero Therapeutics and Merrimack Pharmaceuticals.  Katie holds a BA in Business Economics from Providence College, an MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Massachusetts.
